Once upon a December I created a list of some tasty holiday drinks. Not only was it fun, but y’all had some great feedback and ideas, so why not do one for Spring?!
I was contacted by PlumDeluxe, asking if I wanted to try a sample and who am I to resist a cup of tea? They sent me some of their Reading Nook Tea Blend (how fun is that name?!) and it was rather delightful. It’s a black tea with a hint of lavender. (With thanks to Andy for sending the sample!)
Frozen peaches and frozen lemonade…mmmmm!! The thing about Texas is it goes from winter to summer in about 87 seconds flat. Thus, I need to have plenty of refreshing and tasty drinks that can cool a person off.
Elderflower Champagne Cocktail
This one involves Champagne, so yes. You can add strawberries or even peaches. I think I’d try this one with peaches. If you haven’t noticed, I love peaches, so I have a feeling many drinks this season will involve peaches.

I’m on the fence when it comes to lime flavored things. Some are a win, some fail, but I’m willing to give new ones a shot. This drink sounds rather refreshing and easy to put together.
The name of this drink simply sounds awesome. This weekend is going to be perfect in here in Texas (sunny and low 80s), so I might have to make some of this!
